Ingredients
- 500g Cubed quail
- ½ Liter cream
- Minced bell peppers
- Cubed onions
- Cubed carrots
- 200g Sliced mushroom
- White pepper
- Salt
- 2 Chicken stock cubes
- 1 Table spoon butter
Instructions
- Heat butter until melted, add onions and fry..
- Add quail, and then stir over low heat for 5 minutes
- Add sweet peppers, then carrots, then mushrooms, and stir for five minutes
- Add salt, white pepper, cream, chicken stock cubes, and let it boil for ten minutes over low heat until its consistency is medium thick.
- Serve with white rice.
You can add mozzarella cheese and melt it in the oven
