Quail Tajine with Cream

Ingredients

  • 500g Cubed quail
  • ½ Liter cream
  • Minced bell peppers
  • Cubed onions
  • Cubed carrots
  • 200g Sliced mushroom
  • White pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 Chicken stock cubes
  • 1 Table spoon butter

Instructions

  • Heat butter until melted, add onions and fry..
  • Add quail, and then stir over low heat for 5 minutes
  • Add sweet peppers, then carrots, then mushrooms, and stir for five minutes
  • Add salt, white pepper, cream, chicken stock cubes, and let it boil for ten minutes over low heat until its consistency is medium thick.
  • Serve with white rice.

You can add mozzarella cheese and melt it in the oven
