Crispy Quail

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup vegetable oil
  • 3 Tablespoons mustard
  • ½ Cup soya sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon mashed ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon mashed garlic
  • 1 Small cup sesame
  • 200g Grinded Corn Flakes
  • White pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 Spoons sesame oil
  • 800g Sliced quail breast

Instructions

  • Mix garlic, ginger, soya, mustard, oil, sesame oil and white pepper
    until cohesion is achieved.
  • Soak quail in about half the mixture prepared.
  • Use the other half as a sauce.
  • Mix the Corn Flakes and sesame; rub on quail and leave for two hours.
  • Fry until crispy.
  • Serve with sauce.

Sauce
ingredients:
1 spoon mustard, 1 spoon Soya, pinch of ginger and a teaspoon of sesame oil, half cup water. Mix and serve.
